Policies

Cancellation/Late Ploicy

To cancel or change an appointment, I respectfully ask that you notify me 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment and 48 hours prior to any Keratin Treatment.  If you do not provide the necessary notice of cancellation or change or miss your appointment, I will require that all future appointments be held with a credit card.

 

Any guests showing up late for an appointment, may receive a shortened service in order to stay on schedule.

 

Appoinments/Deposits

I recommend that you reserve your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that you are guaranteed the ideal date and time that best fits your schedule.

 

For new guests, a credit card is required to secure your appointment. You may utilize another form of payment upon checkout.  For any Keratin Complex Smoothing Treatments, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

 

Payments

I accept all major credit cards, personal checks and cash.  All returned checks will be charged a service fee.

 

Refunds

I stand behind all of my services and want every guest to leave 100% happy with there service.  If a guest is dissatisfied with a service they have received, I am happy to provide the opportunity to return to the salon so I can make any adjustments. I do ask that any adjustments be scheduled within two weeks of the original service.  Due to the artistic nature of what I do, I cannot offer refunds on services performed.
